30-Day Studio Guarantee
Eligible items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Email our team with your order number and reason for return.

Approval
Receive return instructions and RMA confirmation within 24 hours.

Ship Back
Pack securely and send the package to our designated return address.

Refund
Funds are credited back to your original payment within 5–10 days.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
- Quality Assurance: If you receive a piece with print imperfections, transit damage, or an incorrect size/design, please notify us within 7 days of arrival.
- Complimentary Replacement: Include clear photos of the issue and your order slip. We will expedite a brand new replacement immediately at zero additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as Final Sale, Archive Clearances, or Gift Cards.
- Garments showing signs of wear, perfume odor, washing, or altered tags.
